State Industrial Security Force (SISF) started functioning since 29-12-2011 for providing sufficient security coverage to those Vital institutions,Public Sectors and Private Sectors, Banks in Kerala. In initial stage SISF was functioned at Police Headquarters. Then SISF Headquarter office shifted to near SAP Camp, Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram w.e.f 15.10.2014.

 

SISF is functioning under the direct supervision of State Police Chief. In 2013 SISF taken over its first Guard, Kerala Tourism Infrastructure Ltd at Kollam, alapuzha and kasargode. Now SISF providing trusted security to 74 Guard Points all over Kerala.
